By accessing or using the website located at millbraefence.com, or by engaging Custom Millbrae Fence for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
Custom Millbrae Fence provides fence installation, repair, replacement, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Millbrae, CA and surrounding areas. The specific scope of any individual project is defined in a written estimate provided to you before work begins. Services are subject to availability, permitting requirements, and site conditions.
Written estimates provided by Custom Millbrae Fence are based on the information available at the time of the on-site visit. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Actual costs may vary from the estimate if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during work, if the scope of work changes at your request, or if material prices change between estimate issuance and project start. We will notify you of any material cost changes before proceeding with additional work.
Estimates are free and carry no obligation to hire us. A written, signed agreement is required before any work begins.
Scheduling is confirmed when a signed agreement and, where required, a deposit are received. We make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates but cannot guarantee start dates in the event of weather delays, material shortages, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or after work has begun may be subject to costs incurred. Specific cancellation terms will be stated in your project agreement.
Payment terms are set out in your individual project agreement. For most projects, a deposit is due at signing and the balance is due upon completion. Accepted payment methods are listed in your agreement.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. Custom Millbrae Fence reserves the right to suspend or decline future services to customers with outstanding balances.
Where required by local ordinance, Custom Millbrae Fence will apply for necessary building permits on your behalf. Permit fees are separate from labor and materials and will be itemized in your estimate. You are responsible for obtaining any homeowner association (HOA) approvals required for your property. Work will not begin until required permits are obtained.
Custom Millbrae Fence warrants its workmanship against defects in installation for a period specified in your project agreement. This warranty covers labor-related defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, acts of nature, third-party modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. We will provide you with applicable manufacturer warranty documentation. To make a warranty claim, contact us at quotes@millbraefence.com. Warranty service is provided at our sole discretion and does not cover pre-existing conditions or issues arising from customer-directed changes to our work.
By engaging our services, you confirm that:
